These earrings are handmade.  Many combinations of glass beads have been selected to coordinate with the matching charm.  The beads range from 6mm to 8mm, and some may have facets while otehrs may not.  The charm attached has a stained glass quality.  These were assembled using 14K gold plated metal ear hooks.
